Prior experience in a receptionist or similar customer facing environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Responsibility

Handling incoming calls and directing them to appropriate staff member/department
Confidently manage a reception area, maintaining a neat and inviting environment
Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude
Administrative support across the business and when required
