Job Description:

Puffy is a Top 5 US mattress brand seeking a skilled warehouse professional to provide coverage during a team member's leave. This is a focused 8-12 week assignment where you'll step into an established operation and make an immediate impact. The goal: move inventory, ensure shipment accuracy, and maintain the high standards that keep our fulfillment running smoothly.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move, organize, and stage inventory
  • Inspect incoming shipments for damage or shortages and escalate issues promptly
  • Pull, stage, and prepare materials for shipping with accurate documentation
  • Load and unload trucks, counting and verifying items throughout
  • Maintain accurate records of materials moved on daily production pulls
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Requirements:

  • 1+ year warehouse experience (or 6 months with strong forklift proficiency)
  • Forklift certification OR verifiable sit-down/stand-up forklift experience
  • Ability to lift 40+ lbs frequently and perform physical work throughout shift
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Bendi/Flexi articulating forklifts
  • Familiarity with electric and propane-powered equipment
