Temporary US Commercial Attorney – Contracts

We are working with a data management company which is seeking temporary assistance with outbound/sell-side agreements. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years' experience negotiating, drafting, and editing sell-side agreements with experience dealing directly with clients on these matters. This role will deal with several standard agreements important to the business of the company so there will be a learning curve to get up to speed on those documents. Pay rate on this role is between 50-65/hr depending on level of experience. There is a chance this role could convert into full time employment but is designed as temporary right now.
