This role is central to the smooth day-to-day running of the department and will act as a key coordination point between Engineers, clients, and internal stakeholders. Job Responsibility:
Managing client enquiries
verifying client information
setting up projects on internal systems
issuing client documentation to engineers for review
maintaining tracking spreadsheets
converting returned technical information into professional Word or PDF documents for submission to clients
providing comprehensive administrative and coordination support
acting as a key point of contact between clients, engineers, and internal teams
supporting invoicing, timesheets and expense processing
assisting with basic financial administration
supporting compliance and subcontractor documentation
carrying out general office administration
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or team support role
