As their Talent Acquisition Administrator, you'll manage all stages of the recruitment process, ensuring a stellar candidate experience while collaborating with hiring managers to drive their talent strategy. Your role will be both varied and fast-paced!
Job Responsibility:
Handle end-to-end recruitment administration for multiple roles
Partner with hiring managers to create bespoke recruitment processes
Act as a trusted advisor on attraction strategies and assessment methods
Conduct interviews and engage with candidates
Ensure compliance with fair and inclusive recruitment procedures
Support colleagues and contribute to team development
Requirements:
At least 6-12 months of in-house recruitment experience
