We have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Support Officer to join our clients team, providing person-centred support to older people, vulnerable adults, and individuals needing extra assistance to live independently. This is a rewarding and varied role where no two days are the same. You will work closely with customers to help them build confidence, maintain independence, and access the right support services. This may include helping individuals move into more suitable accommodation, supporting during difficult times, or simply being a consistent and trusted point of contact. You will work collaboratively with health professionals, social care teams, housing services, and other partner organisations to ensure customers receive holistic and effective support. You will also promote wellbeing, safeguarding, and inclusion while helping create safe and welcoming environments.

Job Responsibility
