As a Store Manager, you will take ownership of your store’s performance, maximising income through physical and digital channels while leading an inclusive and diverse team. By role‑modelling the DEBRA values, you will create a positive environment where colleagues and volunteers feel supported, engaged and focused on delivering impact for the EB community. Our Southampton Retail Store Manager will join us on a full time, temporary contract working 35 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 earning a salary of £27,755 annum / £15.25 an hour. (Please note this is a 3 month contract with the opportunity to be extended).
