Job Responsibility:
Provide senior‑level administrative support to the Purchasing Manager and team
Maintain accurate purchasing data in ERP/MRP systems (pricing, supplier info, lead times)
Prepare purchasing reports, KPIs, and documentation for reviews and audits
Coordinate with suppliers on queries, documentation, and performance issues
Support buyers with quotes, cost comparisons, and purchase requisition processing
Manage purchase orders and ensure compliance with internal procedures
Assist with supplier onboarding and maintenance of compliance records
Identify improvements to purchasing processes and administrative workflows
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in engineering or a related field
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
