Temporary Secretary/Administrator role in a leading independent healthcare provider based in Sheffield. The role involves providing vital administrative and secretarial support in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Accurate and prompt typing of clinic letters and patient documentation
Preparing case notes for MDT meetings and following up on actions
Updating and maintaining the Patient Administration System
Handling confidential enquiries with discretion and warmth
Supporting a collaborative clinical environment through effective admin
Welcoming visitors and managing calls in a confident, helpful manner
Contributing to service improvements through team meetings
Assisting the admin team with general tasks as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar secretarial/administrative role
Strong typing and computer literacy
Excellent communication skills and phone manner
High level attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach
