Job Responsibility:

  • Accurate and prompt typing of clinic letters and patient documentation
  • Preparing case notes for MDT meetings and following up on actions
  • Updating and maintaining the Patient Administration System
  • Handling confidential enquiries with discretion and warmth
  • Supporting a collaborative clinical environment through effective admin
  • Welcoming visitors and managing calls in a confident, helpful manner
  • Contributing to service improvements through team meetings
  • Assisting the admin team with general tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar secretarial/administrative role
  • Strong typing and computer literacy
  • Excellent communication skills and phone manner
  • High level attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach
