Job Responsibility:
Manage the school budget, financial reporting, forecasts, procurement, and audit compliance
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, staff records, and HR policies
Ensure site safety, maintenance, health & safety compliance, and contractor management
Lead office, finance, and support staff to maintain efficient systems and processes
Ensure GDPR, safeguarding, and statutory requirements are met
provide reports to Governors
Oversee the day-to-day running of support services and contribute to school improvement
Act as a professional link between the school, parents, local authority, and external partners
Requirements:
Relevant experience in school business management or a similar role
Strong financial understanding of budgeting and compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
