Job Description:

As the Temporary Sales & Merchandising Coordinator, Watches (Fine Timepiece Division) you will be responsible for ensuring accurate reporting and efficient transfer follow-up to capture sales opportunities across the network. You will assist the full team - including Director of Sales, Sales Analyst, Operations & Logistics Manager, and Senior Manager of Marketing - with additional sales, operations, and event support. This temporary position with an anticipated duration of 6 months, subject to business needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain and distribute accurate daily and weekly reporting (sales and on hand) and assist with preparation of monthly reporting
  • Respond to and appropriately address all transfer requests, including follow-up to ensure timely completion of transfer requests and stock rebalances
  • Log and track special order straps to ensure on-time delivery to end clients
  • Support the documentation and inventory reconciliation for all pieces on loan
  • Register repairs in our internal database to enable efficient processing
  • Assist in the coordination of retail and communication events, contribute to logistical and operational preparations, and support teams before and during events to ensure smooth execution
  • Provide administrative assistance for internal communication materials

  • Assist Event Manager from concept to delivery for each of our partners retail sales operations around the country
  • Work closely with the partner and Event Manager to ensure we are meeting and exceeding expectations all the way through the contractual agreement
  • Communicates sales information, customer requests, etc. to Merchandise and Partnerships team
  • Plan event logistics including but not limited to: event schedule (prep, set-up, during, and conclusion), travel and hotel, money management, staffing requirements, site maps, permitting (sales, tax, fire, building, etc.)
  • Co-analyzes sales figures to identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement
  • Identifies and advises implementation of updated and development improvements
  • Assists Event Manager in direction and coordination of merchandise for other event/locations, as deemed necessary
  • Lead the inventory check-in process for the merchandise locations at the beginning of the events
  • Assist in merchandising locations such as trailers, kiosks or stadium stores to prepare them for up-and-coming events
  • Responsible for executing the direction and coordination of merchandise activities for LGM store locations, including: set-up, sales operations, tear-down, and staffing personnel
