We're looking for a dynamic Sales Administrator to join our valued client in a busy, friendly office team in Sunderland. This is a great opportunity to support a welcoming group of colleagues while developing your skills in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Support the sales team with quotes, proposals, and follow-up documentation
Manage customer enquiries via phone and email, providing timely and helpful responses
Update and maintain customer records with precision
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations
Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and general administrative tasks
Schedule meetings, calls, and manage diaries for the sales team
Produce regular sales performance reports and track KPIs
Support marketing and sales campaigns with administrative tasks like mailouts and data cleansing
Requirements:
Previous administration experience in a sales environment
Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office
Confident communicator with excellent organisational abilities
A positive, team-focused attitude
Experience with customer support and using MS Outlook for calendar management
Nice to have:
Driving license
