Temporary Sales Administrator

• Managing Incoming Enquiries: Handle emails and telephone calls from commercial customers
• Job Logging and Creation: Use Simpro to log and create jobs
• Appointment Coordination: Schedule jobs and arrange appointments with field engineers
• General Administrative Tasks: Utilize Excel and other tools to support the team
• Team Player: Bring a can-do attitude and flexibility to chip in with various tasks
• Ordering Supplies: Help keep the team well-equipped by ordering uniforms and supplies

• Previous experience within a similar Sales Administration or Service Co-ordinator role is preferred but not essential
• Proactive and Positive: You approach challenges with enthusiasm and a solution-oriented mindset
• Organized and Detail-Oriented: You thrive in a busy environment and can manage multiple tasks effectively
• Team Player: You appreciate collaboration and enjoy working with others to achieve common goals
