Our client is looking for a Temporary Recruitment & Administration Assistant to provide essential support during a busy period. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working reactively, supporting multiple departments, and getting stuck into a wide range of tasks. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm.
Job Responsibility:
Monitoring incoming applications and maintaining candidate records
Assisting with interview scheduling and coordinating availability
Processing references and following established recruitment templates and workflows
Providing reactive, ad-hoc administrative assistance across the business
Supporting the Director of Operations with day-to-day tasks and paperwork
Handling front‑of‑house duties when required, including reception cover, answering calls, and greeting visitors
General office support including message delivery, document handling, and any task needed to keep operations running smoothly
Requirements:
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Highly organised and confident working in a reactive environment
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Willingness to assist wherever needed, from admin tasks to reception cover
