Job Description

Are you an organised, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced and varied role? Our client is looking for a Temporary Recruitment & Administration Assistant to provide essential support during a busy period. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working reactively, supporting multiple departments, and getting stuck into a wide range of tasks. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitoring incoming applications and maintaining candidate records
  • Assisting with interview scheduling and coordinating availability
  • Processing references and following established recruitment templates and workflows
  • Providing reactive, ad-hoc administrative assistance across the business
  • Supporting the Director of Operations with day-to-day tasks and paperwork
  • Handling front‑of‑house duties when required, including reception cover, answering calls, and greeting visitors
  • General office support including message delivery, document handling, and any task needed to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements

  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Highly organised and confident working in a reactive environment
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Willingness to assist wherever needed, from admin tasks to reception cover
