Job Description:

Temporary receptionist position to support a vibrant and fast-paced team, greeting visitors, handling calls, managing calendars, sorting mail, and providing administrative support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greeting visitors and handling incoming calls
  • Managing meeting room bookings and calendars
  • Sorting mail and handling deliveries
  • Providing general administrative support to the team
  • Manage and update databases

Requirements:

  • Previous reception or customer service experience
  • Confident telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Available to start immediately
