Job Description:

Temporary Receptionist role in Liverpool starting 6th November, working hours 08:30am - 17:00pm. The role involves being the first point of contact for guests, clients, and employees with a friendly demeanour and professional approach.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greeting visitors warmly and directing them to the appropriate person or department
  • Managing incoming calls and responding to inquiries with efficiency
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing office supplies
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations and outstanding service delivery
