A leading Canadian manufacturing company with international operations, specialized in metal recycling, is looking for a temporary receptionist for a contract from February 23 to March 6 inclusive based in Anjou (East Montreal). Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a 30-minute lunch break. You will be responsible for greeting visitors and handling incoming calls at the company's head office.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome and direct visitors
Answer phone calls and emails
Sort and manage incoming mail
Requirements:
3 years of experience in similar roles or customer service
Strong communication skills in both French and English (spoken and written)
Good command of computer tools (Office Suite, email, etc.)
