Job Description:

Office Angels are recruiting for a Part time Temporary Receptionist to join our client who is a Global Investment Company based in the heart of Mayfair. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in the finance industry while working in a vibrant environment!

Job Responsibility:

  • Answering the phone and directing calls to the appropriate team members
  • Welcoming guests and assisting with their needs
  • Setting up meetings and ensuring refreshments are provided
  • Making coffee and tea for guests, including our CEO
  • Keeping track of the stationary cupboard and maintaining supplies
  • Booking DHL shipments and managing office post

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour
  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • A proactive approach to tasks and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Previous reception or administrative experience is a plus but not mandatory
