Job Description:

Temporary Receptionist position in the Building & Construction industry. Friendly and organised individual needed for vibrant team in York. Temporary contract approximately 3 months with potential for extension.

Job Responsibility:

  • Answering the telephone and directing calls
  • Greeting and assisting guests at the main entrance
  • Managing deliveries and postal duties
  • Keeping the reception area and meeting rooms tidy
  • Preparing tea and coffee for meetings

Requirements:

  • Positive and cheerful attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational abilities
  • Multitasking in a busy environment
  • Previous reception experience is a plus
