Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
Manage visitor sign-in/out procedures in line with safeguarding policies
Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Coordinate room bookings and appointments as needed
Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
Professional, calm, and approachable demeanour
Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
Must hold a valid and up-to-date DBS certificate (or be willing to obtain one before starting)
