Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls

Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and scheduling
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with office-related tasks as needed
Requirements:
1+ years of office experience
Experience managing a multi-line phone system
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment
