Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting the service department with various administrative requests
  • Answering calls and taking messages with a professional and friendly demeanour
  • Managing emails and ensuring timely responses
  • Meeting and greeting customers with a warm smile
  • Preparing and serving drinks to enhance the customer experience
