We are supporting our client in recruiting a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist on a part‑time temporary basis. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a busy office and providing high‑quality support across multiple areas. As the first point of contact for staff and visitors, you will help maintain a professional and welcoming environment while ensuring the smooth running of daily office operations.
Job Responsibility:
Welcoming staff and visitors and managing front‑of‑house duties
Answering and directing all incoming calls promptly and professionally
Ensuring Reception and office spaces remain tidy, organised, and free from hazards
Liaising with building facilities and security teams regarding parking, visitor passes, kitchen supplies, and reporting any building issues
Managing meeting rooms, ensuring they are set up, supplied, and coordinating refreshments or IT requirements
Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming mail
arranging couriers for outgoing mail
Monitoring the shared office email inbox and actioning requests promptly
Providing administrative support across departments, including printing, scanning, and assisting with events
Requirements:
Strong communication and organisational skills
Professional, friendly, and proactive approach
Ability to multitask and manage a variety of tasks
Previous Reception or Office Support experience
