Job Description:

Are you a friendly face with a knack for exceptional customer service? Our client is looking for a welcoming host to join them as the heartbeat of their dealership! This is a fantastic temporary opportunity with multiple dates across the festive period. Hours of work between 8.30am-5.30pm. Shifts across Monday - Friday. Gateshead based - Due to the location of the client it is preferable that you have access to transportation. Minimum pay rate of £12.50 per hour. Build your skills working for a renowned automotive brand. Work in a vibrant and supportive team environment. Competitive pay for your hard work.

Job Responsibility:

Greet customers with a warm smile and assist them promptly
Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the right department
Provide refreshments for visitors, ensuring they feel at home
Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their needs and queries

Requirements:

Strong reception and front-of-house experience
Excellent customer service skills
A friendly and professional demeanour
