Our company is seeking a professional and reliable Temporary Receptionist to provide front-desk support and ensure a positive experience for visitors and staff. This role includes greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls, managing incoming mail, and assisting with general administrative tasks.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
Manage the front desk and maintain a tidy reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management
Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative support duties
Support office staff with additional clerical tasks as needed
Requirements:
Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
