Job Responsibility:
Greeting visitors with a warm smile and directing them to the appropriate personnel
Answering incoming calls and managing inquiries effectively
Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
Handling correspondence and administrative tasks as needed
Supporting the team with various tasks to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Previous reception or customer service experience is a plus
