Job Description:

Are you a polished and proactive receptionist ready to make a great first impression? Office Angels Glasgow is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client-a dynamic and welcoming team based in Glasgow!

Job Responsibility:

Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional manner
Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area
Offer refreshments and ensure client comfort in the showroom
Assist sales and admin teams with general administrative support

Requirements:

Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer-facing role
A confident, positive attitude with a strong focus on customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
