Job Responsibility:

Managing switchboard calls and the reception inbox
Coordinating meeting rooms, passes, and visitor systems
Handling incoming/outgoing post and courier requests
Providing ad‑hoc administrative support to office teams

Requirements:
Previous reception, front‑of‑house or customer‑service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
