Job Description:

We are proud to be partnering with a prestigious corporate client in Glasgow to recruit a Temporary Receptionist. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and experienced individual to join a high-performing team and represent a well-respected organisation at the front line of their business.

Job Responsibility:

Welcoming guests and clients with a polished and courteous manner
Managing a busy phone line and directing calls appropriately
Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional reception area
Coordinating meeting room bookings and preparing rooms as required
Providing administrative support to internal departments as needed
Ensuring all visitors are signed in and comply with security protocols

Requirements:

Proven experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, ideally within a corporate setting
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
A professional appearance and demeanour
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
The ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
