Job Description:

We're on the lookout for a polished, organised, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the welcoming face of a thriving international business. Starting this January, you'll step into a key role for a minimum of 3 months, with the exciting potential to go permanent for the right person. In this role, you'll own the front-of-house experience, ensuring every visitor feels valued, while also providing vital administrative support across multiple departments. Job Responsibility:

Act as the first point of contact by answering and directing calls with professionalism, ensuring messages are accurately relayed
Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting and assisting visitors with warmth and efficiency
Manage email communications promptly and effectively, maintaining a high standard of responsiveness
Deliver exceptional support by resolving queries in person, over the phone, and via email with a solutions-focused approach
Keep the reception area immaculate and organised, reflecting a positive and professional environment
Provide vital administrative and project support across departments, contributing to smooth operations and team success

Requirements:

Confident telephone manner
Polite and courteous communication
Able to work well independently
Outstanding customer service abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Effective multitasking and time management
