• Answering and directing incoming calls with a smile
• Managing emails and correspondence efficiently
• Greeting clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Handling administrative tasks to support the team
• Coordinating appointments and meetings
• Maintaining the reception area's tidiness and organisation
• Assisting with the management of incoming and outgoing mail and packages

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• A friendly demeanour and a professional attitude
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
• Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is a plus but not mandatory
