We are looking for a dynamic and professional individual to manage our front desk during two specific coverage periods. This is the perfect opportunity to showcase your customer service skills in a structured and engaging office environment.
Job Responsibility
Front Desk Reception: Greet visitors with courtesy and professionalism
Switchboard Management: Screen and route incoming calls to the appropriate departments
Mail Management: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
Administrative Support: Perform light clerical tasks to support the team.
Requirements
Experience: Prior experience at a reception desk or in a corporate customer service role
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, polite demeanor, and a professional presentation
Bilingualism: Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)
Availability: Must be fully available for both sets of dates (July 2–3 and August 17–31, 2026).
What we offer
Pay: Between $ 25.00 and $ 27.00 per hour
Accessibility: Located in East Montreal, close to Viau metro station
Stable Schedule: Standard day shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
