Job Description:

An exciting new temporary role has just opened up with our client. We urgently need a proactive and professional Front of House Administrator to join this client's welcoming and fast-paced team in Stirling on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a front-facing role and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Acting as the first point of contact - answering calls and greeting visitors with a warm, professional welcome
  • Managing the company inbox and responding to emails promptly
  • Providing day-to-day admin support across departments
  • Scheduling meetings and managing the office diary
  • Creating and formatting documents using Microsoft Word
  • Ensuring visitors are comfortable, including offering refreshments
  • Supporting with data entry, filing, and general office tasks
  • Delivering excellent customer service both in person and over the phone

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for helping others
