Our client is seeking a Temporary Receptionist/Administrator in Aberdeen. The role involves front-desk management, greeting visitors, managing communication channels, handling mail, and providing administrative support. It's a varied and people-focused position requiring excellent organisation and communication skills.
Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
Answer and direct incoming calls and manage the reception inbox
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document preparation
Assist with meeting room bookings and diary management
Liaise with internal departments and external contacts as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A professional, friendly, and proactive approach
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
