Our client is seeking a Temporary Receptionist/Administrator in Aberdeen. The role involves front-desk management, greeting visitors, managing communication channels, handling mail, and providing administrative support. Job Responsibility

  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and manage the reception inbox
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Assist with meeting room bookings and diary management
  • Liaise with internal departments and external contacts as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
