Our client is seeking a temporary receptionist/administrator to support their front-of-house operations while providing essential administrative assistance across the business.
Job Responsibility
Greet and welcome all visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
Update and maintain client records on the system, ensuring they are accurate and up to date
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared and presentable
Assist the team with any administrative tasks as required such as, filing, data entry and document management
Requirements
Previous experience with a front of house or administrative role is essential
Exceptional attention to detail and great organisational skills
Great written and verbal communication
The ability to work independently and prioritise daily tasks
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
