Randstad is seeking a professional and organized Temporary Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for a temporary assignment with a client in Victoria located at Uptown. If you are a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you. Job Responsibility:
Warmly greeting and directing all visitors
Answering phones, routing calls, and taking accurate messages
Handling mail processing and distribution
Performing data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks
Providing general support to ensure the office runs smoothly
Assisting with administrative projects as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong typing skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Two or more years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Nice to have:
Experience with accounts payable/receivable and bank deposits is a plus
