Job Description:

Randstad is seeking a professional and organized Temporary Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for a temporary assignment in Comox and Courtenay. If you are a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you. This role is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Warmly greeting and directing all visitors
  • Answering phones, routing calls, and taking accurate messages
  • Handling mail processing and distribution
  • Performing data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks
  • Providing general support to ensure the office runs smoothly
  • Assisting with administrative projects as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong typing skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Two or more years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Nice to have:

Experience with accounts payable/receivable and bank deposits is a plus
