Temporary Receptionist/Admin position in the education sector based in HU15, Hull. Friendly and organised individual needed to make a difference in education. Start Date: 3rd November - Ongoing. Hours: 8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday.
Job Responsibility:
Greeting visitors and answering phone calls with a warm and friendly demeanour
Assisting in the management of student records and documentation
Handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
Supporting the team with scheduling and coordination of meetings
Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or reception role is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Enhanced DBS check is required
