Job Description:

Temporary Receptionist/Admin position in the education sector based in HU15, Hull. Friendly and organised individual needed to make a difference in education. Start Date: 3rd November - Ongoing. Hours: 8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greeting visitors and answering phone calls with a warm and friendly demeanour
  • Assisting in the management of student records and documentation
  • Handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Supporting the team with scheduling and coordination of meetings
  • Maintaining a clean and organised reception area

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or reception role is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Enhanced DBS check is required

Nice to have:

Previous experience in an administrative or reception role is a plus
