We are currently building a temporary staffing pool to support a range of clients across Glasgow, covering reception and administrative roles. These assignments are ideal for experienced temps who enjoy variety and can confidently step into offices to keep things running smoothly.
Job Responsibility:
Front-of-house reception duties, meeting and greeting visitors
Managing phone calls, emails, and diaries
Data entry, filing, and document preparation
General office administration and team support
Ad-hoc admin tasks as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in reception and/or administrative roles
Professional, friendly, and approachable manner
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Reliability and flexibility to support short-term assignments
