  • Support the Manager in carrying out various tasks in relation to property management in order to ensure maximum occupancy levels such as conducting office viewings
  • Monitor and manage visitor and tenant car park areas
  • Manage and update the entry point fob security system for out of hours access
  • Raise invoices for tenants' services to include: franking of mail, photocopying, conference facilities and car parking
  • Ensure proper mail distribution and frank all outgoing mail for tenants

  • Update local marketing material, website and social media
  • Ensure common areas are always kept presentable
