Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Assist existing teams in the development and implementation of project plans
Coordinate project activities to ensure they are completed on time and within budget, while monitoring progress
Provide regular updates to teams and report to the decision-making group
Responsible for administration for the decision-making group
Supporting the Chair in setting the agenda
Writing and coordinating minutes and actions from meetings in a timely manner
Conduct research and gather information to support project objectives
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners
Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures

Requirements:

Detail-Oriented
Organised
A Team Player
Tech-Savvy
Comfortable with MS Office and project management software
