We are working with a leading organisation dedicated to delivering exceptional services, and we're on the lookout for a proactive Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Hessle, Hull. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for ensuring project success, then we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain regular communication with clients to address queries and project requirements
  • Keep our database updated with technician details, live vacancies, and ensure accurate reporting
  • Approve expenses up to £250 and track costs meticulously
  • Create detailed Work Assignments for technicians
  • Follow up with recruitment teams regarding conversations with technicians for live vacancies
  • Send technician profiles to clients and monitor feedback
  • Identify and coordinate new technicians, ensuring they are project-ready
  • Onboard new technicians, including contract issuance and compliance checks
  • Monitor the expiry of technician training courses and arrange bookings as necessary
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of compliance documents, including training certificates
  • Keep track of changes to technician contracts
  • Liaise with the travel team to organise technician movements

Requirements:

  • Health and Safety awareness
  • Excellent communication skills with the motivation to achieve targets
  • Ability to liaise between departments effectively
  • Understanding of the recruitment process with a keen eye for detail
  • Fluent in Polish (ideal not essential)
