We are seeking a Temporary Program Supervisor to provide leadership, oversight, and operational support within an Early Childhood Education (ECE) program. This role will supervise a small team and collaborate closely with internal leadership to ensure successful execution of program initiatives, including the CCIP Scope of Work Project and continued development of the ECE Resource Center.
Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, and guidance to program staff, including CCIP Project Specialists and an Early Learning Specialist
Oversee program tracking and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate completion of monthly and quarterly reports (CDSS, Board reports, KPI metrics, Technical Assistance reports)
Support and help lead R&R-hosted events, including Professional Development trainings, CCIP playgroups, and information sessions
Partner with the ECE Program Coordinator to ensure successful implementation and compliance of the CCIP project and Resource Center initiatives
Maintain and monitor program databases, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality standards
Participate in leadership meetings, 1:1s, planning sessions, and external partner collaborations
Stay current on Community Care Licensing regulations, CDSS Provider Information Notices (PINs), and broader ECE industry updates
Support departmental initiatives and special projects as assigned
Requirements:
2–3+ years of experience in Early Childhood Education
2–3+ years of supervisory or management experience
Strong knowledge of child care center operations and Title 22 regulations
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and program deliverables
Experience with data tracking, reporting, and compliance documentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse communities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
