Administration of employee's absences, holidays etc. in a fast-paced down to earth team and company. Processing various HR tasks, engaging with other employees and processing information and requests.
Job Responsibility:
Listening to the employee absence line, noting in book, entering the information into the system and letting relevant managers know
Processing holiday forms, inputting the data into the system, scanning and filing the holiday forms
Administrative support of checking, completing, updating and maintaining company systems and trackers
Assisting with letter or email invites to meetings or disciplinaries
Requirements:
Strong organisation and proven experience in managing documentation and reports
Ability to prioritise workload, showcasing excellent time-management skills
Proficiency in Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
A great communicator who is able to liaise effectively with various departments
Nice to have:
Relevant Administration or Business support qualifications are advantageous
Experience in HR or recruitment is a plus, although not essential
Would suit a candidate who likes to work in a down to earth environment with a team full of banter
