Job Responsibility

  • Oversee Payroll Software: Ensure accurate data entry and processing in payroll systems, troubleshooting any software issues alongside IT or vendors
  • Design Payroll Processes: Lead the creation and delivery of payroll processes tailored to assigned countries, ensuring compliance with local legislation
  • Complex Queries: Serve as an escalation point for intricate payroll queries, providing expert guidance and support to stakeholders at all levels
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and recommend improvements to payroll processes, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
