Temporary Paycom Payroll Specialist

• Execute full‑cycle payroll processing accurately and on schedule
• Review and validate employee hours, earnings, adjustments, and deductions
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies with minimal supervision
• Maintain strict accuracy and confidentiality of all payroll records and data
• Provide consistent payroll support until the permanent hire is placed

• Prior payroll processing experience required
• Paycom experience preferred
• Paylocity experience accepted due to system similarity
• Ability to work independently with limited training
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem‑solving capability
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
