This is an exciting opportunity for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing excellent support to patients and healthcare professionals alike.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist in managing patient records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient flow
  • Handle queries and concerns, ensuring patients feel valued and cared for
  • Support administrative tasks, including data entry and filing, to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A compassionate attitude and a knack for problem-solving
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Customer Service is Imperative
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting or administrative role is preferred but not essential
  • Recent Enhanced DBS is required
