Job Responsibility:
Provide exceptional customer service
Assist in managing patient records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
Schedule appointments and coordinate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient flow
Handle queries and concerns, ensuring patients feel valued and cared for
Support administrative tasks, including data entry and filing, to keep operations running smoothly
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
A compassionate attitude and a knack for problem-solving
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Customer Service is Imperative
Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently
Previous experience in a healthcare setting or administrative role is preferred but not essential
Recent Enhanced DBS is required
