Job Description:

Temporary Patient Coordinator role in Wimbledon, South London. Temporary for 3 - 6 months (possibly perm). Full-time, Monday-Friday, office based. Hours: 07:30 - 16:30 / 08:00 - 17:00 / 08:30 - 17:30.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the first point of contact for patients, providing a professional and friendly service
  • Gather information about patient journeys and triage calls effectively
  • Accurately record notes and pass details to the appropriate contact
  • Complete administrative tasks including data entry and maintaining patient records

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a patient-facing or healthcare administration role
  • Use of Salesforce previously is preferable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
