Temporary Patient Coordinator

• Act as the first point of contact for patients, providing a professional and friendly service
• Gather information about patient journeys and triage calls effectively
• Accurately record notes and pass details to the appropriate contact
• Complete administrative tasks including data entry and maintaining patient records

• Previous experience in a patient-facing or administration role
• Standard or Enhanced DBS within the last 6 months will be required
• Use of Salesforce previously is preferrable but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
